Allscapes did some work for us in 2021. We were happy with it so I called David 2/10/22 to schedule a spring clean up and mulching. I followed up by text on 3/8 to see when the work was scheduled. He stated they should be here the week of 3/21. They didn't show up that week and didn't bother to contact me. 3/30 - I sent another text NO RESPONSE 4/1 - I sent another text NO RESPONSE 4/4 - I left voice mail NO RESPONSE I guess they have so much business that taking care of existing customers just isn't a priority. I wish I could give a zero star rating.
