True Colors Painting

We went with Omar to repaint the inside of our new house; what started with a quote and the task of two rooms to be painted ended with the entirety of the house. Once he'd finished one room we couldn't turn the blind eye to the remainder, so Omar continued to come back until it was knocked out. He worked around our schedules, around the holiday season craze, and was a great person to meet when we first moved to Chattanooga. We'll gladly use True Colors Painting again. Thank you Omar! Clint

Pros and cons--- Omar has a good eye for color, and gave us great advice on how to make our home look nice. We were very happy with the finished job. Having said that, there were a few problems. He estimated 11 days to complete the job, but it took him 6 weeks. There were rain delays, but there were also several days when he said he was coming, and didn't show up. We were fixing up our house to sell it, so this delayed our move. Also, one of Omar's employees borrowed my husband's caulking gun without asking and left it outside in the rain. Omar requested a review, but I saw that anything less than 5 stars would bring down his average. Thinking I was doing him a favor, I didn't leave a review. A few weeks later, I was shocked to receive the following text message: "We drove hr away and cheap price and tried to satisfy you, and do a quality job...Thanks for No review and never responded after the job was finished...... Wow" I see that a review is very important to Omar, and here it is.
