Great experience

We had a terrible experience with Halloran and would not recommend them to anyone. We paid $2700 to have a larger gas line installed in our home and it required new piping and numerous regulators. After the work, we were first held up from getting a permit because they had not renewed their business license. At the end of two months and endless excuses, I finally called the city permit dept to find out they gave them the wrong address. The new meter was installed a week later but shortly after we began smelling gas in the house. The gas company turned off our gas and I contacted them to ask them to come check their work. They refused via text because I had complained about them. I asked again that they finish the job I had paid for and again they declined. I paid someone $325 to fix their errors. While this ordeal was frustrating, I am just thankful that the 9 gas leaks in our home did not make any of our 3 children sick or kill our family.
