The owner needed to update both his home and office that sit on the same property. With aged and damaged siding and windows, it was definitely time for an update! The owner wanted to keep the look and feel of the original home by keeping the style and details of the window design in line with the original wood windows. The Sunrise windows are energy efficient with more glass viewing area than traditional vinyl window. For the residence, the owner chose to use Royal Celect PVC sidding in Pottery with pearl colored fascia and beaded ceiling. For the office, the owner selected Royal PVC siding in Chestnut with pearl trim

The homeowners already has a gorgeous outdoor living space, but they were exposed to the bugs and rain blowing into their patio area. We installed a Custom screen room with tight fitting screens keep out BUGS & RAIN, durable aluminum components that never warp and never rot, and durable screens made to withstand pressure to create this beautiful low maintenance outdoor living space. The framing for this screen room is Antique Brown, aluminum framing that won't rot or warp. The Screen is in Charcoal. From inside the room, or out on the property, this room is beautiful. The view of the golf course is not obstructed by large framing or unsightly screens.

The homeowner had two bathrooms with less than ideas tubs and showers. In the master bath, the shower doors were falling apart and unappealing. In the hallway bath, the tub was never used, and took up a great deal of space. The homeowner decided to have both bathrooms redone at one time – replacing the master shower and converting the hallway tub to a shower. Hullco completely removed the existing tub and shower and instaleld a 100% Acrylic cutsom system. The acrylic is non porous, mold and mildew resistant, and easy to clean. The new showers are in a smooth, Breccia Paradiso pattern. The homeowner chose oil rubbed bronze features with the shower spa shower head and swinging doors.

This log cabin has been in the family for multiple generations. A true log cabin, this home greatly lacked energy efficiency. The homeowners began making updates to the exterior in 2014 by replacing their front entry door and most of their windows. In 2015 they decided to replace the original wood with insulated vinyl siding. This home was completely transformed with the replacement siding, windows, and door. The Cedar Ridge insulated vinyl siding has a 7” profile in Slate with White trim. The Exteria ledge stone is in Rocky Mountain with Clay trim. The essentials windows are white in both double hung and two lite slider styles. The fiberglass ProVia entry door provides a pop of color in Vallis Red with clear glass and an Aged Bronze handle.

The homeowners knew it was time to update their siding and windows. With water damage setting in, and the wood trim splintering around the windows, a more energy efficient option would make a huge difference in the appearance and comfort level of the home. The existing siding was fading and also showing water damage with slight warping and very noticeable seams and nails. Woodland Vinyl siding is low maintenance due to impact resistant vinyl and DuraColor Protection. With 16’ lengths, seams are reduced by 30% compared to typical 12’ length. The homeowners chose to go with a dutch lap pattern in the Royal Woodland vinyl siding. In a classic Vintage cream with white trim, the colors are stunning. They chose Sunrise replacement windows which offer a larger glass viewing area compared to other vinyl windows. Vinyl, insulated windows will never need to be painted. They also have great insulation and reflective metallic layers for added energy efficiency.

The exterior of this home really needed some TLC. The siding was rotting in some spots and the windows were metal framed. Vinyl is a more desirable, energy efficient window option, and the homeowners decided to replace their existing windows with the highly efficient Restorations windows. The Restorations replacement windows are in English Walnut with a white trim. They also decided to use a fully insulated, vinyl siding replacement. The insulated vinyl siding is in Pebble Clay, with a soft linen color trim. The shake siding is our Exteria Siding - also an energy efficient vinyl replacement siding. They chose to go with the Antique gray to match with the Pebble Clay. A beautiful, energy efficient exterior remodeling job cannot be over stated! Not only do the replacement windows and siding make a huge difference in the curb appeal, but the home will stay warmer throughout the winter and cooler in the summer thanks to the reflective qualities of the windows, and the insulated siding.
