Energy Windows Doors and More

I bought a townhouse with most, if not all, the windows needing replacement. I went with Energy Windows, Doors and More because their price was competitive. I got 18 windows and a sliding patio door installed 12/18. Since my installation date, I had small bumps in the road such as the women in the front office not being nice over the phone and an issue with a torn screen. Rob, the owner, resolved both issues. He gave me his personal cell # to work with him directly, and went to my residence personally to take the old screen out and then went to the manufacturer, Ideal Windows Manufacturing, Inc. in Bayonne, NJ, picking up the new screen and have one of his servicemen install it. Rob went beyond the call of duty with respect to excellent customer service and shows he cares about it not just in words but his actions. Thank you Rob!
