| Smelkinson Breeze Way | Apr 2015 | K&D Construction built a beautiful Casa Blanca themed breeze way in Chesapeake. We demoed out the interior and back wall of an existing breeze way. We built a raised and insulated sub floor and laid a beautiful sand colored wood floor with quaint wooden steps leading to the house the match the beach like theme. We installed all new doors including a beautiful French door, we also replaced all the old wiring, added new outlets, and lighting. We hung new drywall with knock down texture, built a nice wooden shelf over the old brick wall, we installed metal wrap and new siding on breeze way. | $10k | Chesapeake, VA | |
