i worked with landon on my floor installation. He recommend a schluter ditra in floor heating system for my bathroom. He works closely with this company and guaranteed the quality of their products a year later and the system totally failed. It was because of an in floor sensor. he was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and was very apologetic about the system breaking in such a short period of time. My electrician and i busted thru the wall to check the attachment of the sensors and it seemed that landon only installed 1 sensor when he said he had installed 2 (so there could be a backup) next step was to instal new sensors. landon offered to take care of this and ordered the 2 new sensors from his supply rep for 4.5 months landon wont return calls, keeps making excuses, putting it off, family emergency, or planning to come and then not showing If you want someone with integrity to stand by his work which is a vital component for something as important as flooring then please do not work with this company I m sure this review will be followed with some sort of technical excuse, which is fine. but the fact of the matter is that we have had 4 months of correspondance of him promising to fix and then just disappearing, The worst kind of contractor cliche there is. also his tile work (most of the trim at the foot of the door) fell apart in less than 2 years also!

Kevin and Landon are amazing! Our floors came out so beautifully. Honestly it’s everyone’s first comment when they come inside. They were so incredibly nice and I would recommend them 1,000 times! The time and detail taken can’t be duplicated!!!

My wife and I are so happy with our new floors we just had to write a recommendation. We had new oak, hardwood floors installed over the course of 3 days. Around 600sq/ft including 24 steps. The results are breathtaking and the courteous and professional way the work was performed only enhanced the experience. The work areas were exceptionally well maintained and cleaned after each day. The workers were all courteous and obviously know their craft. Landen and Kevin are a pleasure from start to finish and we can't wait to be able to hire them to further beautify our home.
