Allied Plumbing and Construction

This is a defamatory review and has been sent to my attorney and I will be filing a suit. First and foremost we are a plumbing company, not an electral company. We are not licensed to modify electrical wire per Virginia state law. Darlenee Brunzell was made aware of this as we explained it to her while we were on site. My body cam footage will show that she had no issues and acknowledged that she understood this issue. There was 1/4 " of insulated wire showing at the water heater which poses no safety issues. Secondly you don't need to or should you shim a water heater, larger bricks would have raised the water heater too high and this was also explained to her and understood and acknowledged this. She also made the suggestion AFTER the water heater was installed and the body cam footage will reflect that. Third the job not being complete is FALSE. Darlene Brunzell stated in her Defamatory review, her warranty company does not cover electral modifications, we were approved to replace the water heater, with plumbing modifications which she was advised of by myself and her warranty company prior to, and after the water heater was replaced. The replacement of the water heater was completed per the term of the warranty claim. The warranty company also stated it is a completed job per the terms of the estimate . Her accusations and defamatory comments stating that it was not complete is untrue. As she was advised, an electrician has to simply disconnect the wiring from the water heater, install a longer piece of conduit from the electrical connector, to the junction box that is attached to the joist. This can be completed well under $100.00. Darlene Brunzell' s unlicensed plumbing opinion of the water heater having to be emptied to complete this task and it costing "beaucoup dollars" is incorrect. She contradicted herself several times in this defamatory review and we will not tolerate it.
