Chris delivered refund. Apologized.

Just wanted to post a courtesy message regarding contractor Chris Winn/Winn & Son. We hired him to install a fence, vinyl siding on our home, and to repair our deck. Long story short, he did not complete the work and has left us with an unfinished fence, deck and vinyl siding. We gave him a hefty deposit and when he was almost done with our fence he requested more money. I made the mistake of giving him more money (not the total amount) since he was almost done and have not seen him since even after several attempts to contact him. Now we are left to figure out how to fix this. Please keep this in mind if you decide to hire him.
