Horrible contractor. Garage roof looks horrible after 2 years. Long story short it was due to improper installation but I was given multiple reasons other than that by this company for the failure. I filed a claim with Iko shingles who found it to be an installation error with improper installation of nails causing nail pops. I was told that that would be repaired and no contact has been made and numerous messages have been ignored. I do not recommend this contractor is they will take your money and run.

I had my roof replaced in May of 2014 and I must say, two years later, it looks as good now as it did then. The work was completed with in 1 week. I noticed how quick and efficient the roofers were. They took the time to cover bushes and moved lights on the walk way to keep from damaging them. After all the work was done, they placed everything back to its original position. Additionally, they went beyond the call off duty when they noticed I needed assistance moving a washing machine upstairs. That was something that they didn't have to do, but something I needed done. I recently had the opportunity to recommend J & M Contracting, LLC to my neighbor, His roof looks Great!! I would without hesitation send friends and family who need roofing work done to J & M . - Martin S

After several (long and painful) estimates from other companies, my wife and I spoke with J&M about replacing our roof. They were professional and cost efficient, and showed a sincere desire to ensure we had a roof that would not only provide lasting protection, but would also show other homes in our neighborhood the quality and craftsmanship that J and M could offer. Within a week, we had a brand new roof, and they even went above and beyond by addressing a couple of skylight issues we were having! This company does excellent work! I have been in the process of selling my house due to be being retired, and in order to sell my home I had to do a lot of renovating and repairs to sell it. J and M Contracting, LLC took the stress off of me and eased my fears of being a single retired lady working with contractors. J and M Contracting, LLC replaced my entire roof due to the damages of a storm, and came in and beautifully renovated the entire house, i.e. new flooring, cabinets, painting of the entire home, installation of new carpets, installed brand new hard wood floors etc. They were very courteous, with exceptional customer service and meeting my needs and strict timelines to have the show room ready. So much so I wish I didn't have to sell it! I highly recommend J and M Contracting, LLC for any of your roofing and home renovating needs, and I will be a repeat customer!
