Brenda was born and raised in Lima, Peru and has been a DC metro area resident for the last decade. She is a Realtor who has been in the industry since 2008. Brenda started her real estate career by first working as an office administrator for two real estate firms and later on, as an operations manager for a nationally recognized real estate team, which she helped double their business in only three years. This experience has given her knowledge of the business inside and out. Having assisted over a hundred clients with their real estate transactions in her previous job, Brenda has developed the ability to quickly connect with her clients and their needs. She has also attended some of the most renowned real estate conventions in the country to learn about negotiation strategies, in-depth real estate marketing and technology to better serve her clients. All this translates into a responsive and seamless experience. Brenda continues to develop her knowledge base and expand her network throughout the area to provide exceptional service to her clients. Whether it's working with first-time homebuyers or sellers who wish to close the deal on their home, Brenda takes pride in her commitment to serve each and every client with the utmost professionalism. When she is not selling real estate, Brenda enjoys cooking, interior design, yoga and spending time with her family.
