He is a thief. Was hired to do a simple plumbing job, never showed up and made excuses to why he didn't, kept the 450.00 after being asked to return it for doing nothing. He refused. We did not sign a contract. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH this person Shane Williams. He's a scam you. Tell you he needs half the money up front , he will get it and never show up.
