Best Cabinets

In December of 2018, I met with Dan, who goes by two different last names, DeWalt and Diewald, and we went over in detail what I wanted him to build. The project was to be completed the second or third week in January. It was finally delivered April 3rd still incomplete. Dan finished drilling holes for the shelving, leaving the shavings in the sideboard and on my floor. The piece is unevenly painted and globs of glue holding the glass windows in place are visible. During the three months I waited for Dan to complete the sideboard, he called asking me questions he should have known: exact dimensions, color of paint, and which knobs I wanted. He made excuses for not delivering the piece sooner: ran out of paint, his finisher wasn't through, heat went out in his studio. I believe he is untrustworthy and unprofessional. It does not appear to me, that he takes pride in his work. I regret contracting with him. The experience was disappointing and frustrating.

Had Dan and his guys paint my cabinets and install new doors. Dan was very attentive and helpful, always on time and kept me informed along the way. Cabinets turned out great. They went the extra mile for a superior job. I would recommend Dan and Best Cabinets to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience contracting with Dan to make dressers for my daughters. They were done so beautifully and he stood behind his work. The dressers were exquisite. The dressers were completed when he said they would be. He also delivered them in a prompt manner.
