| Hot water Heater from Hell | Mar 2015 | 50 Gallon gas HWH on 3rd floor started leaking into 2nd floor. 1. Everything was installed incorrectly. 2. So bad that for the years that it was installed had destroyed the hard wood floor and was sinking into it, while creating one insane incubator for mold and fungi growth. 3.The tank was also built into a space where the removal of it required a lot more than just removing a door. 4.
