We just had Nathan and his team in our home for several days for a large amount of plaster repair in our 100 year old home and painting three rooms. They worked hard and fast. And made having the house all torn up, so worth it. Nathan's easy going personality made it stress free. I will be using Hutton Painting again and have already recommended them to several friends. Thanks, Nathan, for a job well done. Glenda

Nate was FANTASTIC to work with! We had a new porch build last fall and reached out to a few companies to quote the staining of the foot boards and painting of the handrails and columns. Nate's quote came in considerably lower than the competition, but I can tell you by the result, the quality was not lacking. The project was delayed due to weather but Nate was in constant communication, which is great because I'm an over-communicator. I was going back and forth on the stain, wanting to make sure it was dark enough, and Nate was a great sounding board in giving me the pros and cons of Semi-Transparent stain vs Solid Stain. At the end of the project the color was right and I'm now the proud owner of the best looking porch on the block. I will definitely be using him for future projects, Thanks Nate!

Very reasonable with price and Nathan was a good guy to work with.

Nathan was prompt in his responses and did an excellent job of communicating throughout the entire process. My schedule is often unpredictable and Hutton painting was flexible with my work schedule. The job was done quickly, professionally, and with excellence. I will use Hutton painting for all future painting projects.

Whipple St | Aug 2014 | This was quite an extensive paint job. The total square footage painted was right around 3200 sq ft. Over half of this was new construction while the front half and basement was a full repaint. We used Cashmere paint by Sherwin Williams for the wall surfaces. The entire house had old lacquered wood trim, crown molding, doors and baseboards and along with a wooden mantel and cabinets around the fireplace. We sanded, primed and sprayed all the wood work white with a semi gloss finish. The results came out fantastic. I hope you enjoy the pictures. | $10k | Chicago, IL
Anderson Exterior repaint | Aug 2014 | This was a complete exterior repaint. We started by power washing the entire exterior followed by lot and lots of scraping, sanding, spackling and caulking! We used Sherwin Williams Emerald Exterior paint which really worked well on this project. We painted the fascia boards, soffits and gutters in basic white then painted the vertical boards and cedar shake in a Granite Dust color in a satin finish. The end results look great and I hope you enjoy the before and after photos! | $6k | Western Springs, IL
Shirilla Back Deck | Jul 2014 | We refinished and stained an older wooden deck and juliet balcony. We used Cabot semi-solid stain which required 2 coats. The deck was pressure washed, sanded and stained with a Beechwood gray color. | $1k | Chicago, IL

Bedroom Repaint | Apr 2014 | We did a total repaint of a kids bedroom. Minimal patching was needed. We painted the ceiling in flat white, the walls in a dark blue/green eggshell finish and the built-in bookcase, baseboards and door in a nice semi gloss finish. There was lots of furniture to move around and the built-in bookcase covered an entire wall. | $500 | Chicago, IL
