Floored LLC

Had duro ceramic tile put in my kitchen and dining area. Also had carpet stretched. First of all the seams opened up between bedroom and hallway. The lady made every excuse as to why they hadn't come back.When my tile was installed the only thing was brought was the tiles glue and grout. No subfloor or transition. They were rough on pulling trim up and said it couldn't be reused. Had other trim pulled up before with no problems. When the old floor was being taken up I saw my cabinets being raised up of the floor. My old flooring was not even under the cabinets. Had an issue after the installation and asked for the owner to call to come to my home. She again made excuses that he was out of town. After spending 3500.00 never got a call back. My only regret was not calling the better business Bureau.
