Dan from Access Electric came over on Friday and completed the project (he replaced an old ceiling fan/light assembly that was no longer working). He was very professional and explained the work that he had done very thoroughly in layman's terms so I could understand the process. I did call him again to complete additional electrical work to install a better control panel for the ceiling fan/light that I had purchased. The existing wiring and control panel configuration does not allow for the fan and lights to be controlled independently (e.g., lights only or fan only). I am very pleased with the work that Dan has done and would recommend porch.com to others.

I got up this morning and the lights in my kitchen would not come on. I spent three hours troubleshooting this before I gave up and contacted a pro. I searched on line and found Porch, which allowed me to input my problem, and location and submit it for bids. Within thirty minutes I get a phone call from Mr. Dan Delaney with Access Electric and General Trades, LLC. I briefly explained my problem and he offered a quote. I accepted and he said would be here at 11:00am and was here at exactly 11:00am. After I explained my problem in more detail, Mr. Delaney went to work and what I spent three hours trying to fix, Mr. Delaney fixed and was on his way in :20 minutes. Mr. Delaney is very polite, knowledgable, and efficient. Worth every dime.
