Brian arrived at the scheduled appointment time. He was friendly, professional and knowledagble. It took several hours and he installed a rooftop over the air antenna with my approval. I was impressed by the style of antenna and placement as it is hardly noticeable. I now have 45 plus channels (especially 5,9,12 & 19) instead of the 5 I received with my indoor digital antenna. I am thrilled with the installation, savings and customer service. I would highly recommend if you are tired of wasting money on cable bills. Debbie C.
