Our client here was looking for some exciting ways to update the first floor of their home. We were able to come up with some great design ideas for them in the way of new flooring, new railing and balusters for a large staircase. We also updated everything, bringing in a new island cabinet,anew lighting, a new farm house sink and updates to the existing cabinetry like faux doors and new handles and knobs. We also updated the look of two fireplaces by installing new tile and hearth stones for both.

Our customers wanted a multi function oasis added to the back of their home. It was their vision to have a place where they could spend quality time as a family, as well as entertain their friends and neighbors with their children during sporting events. We needed to get a variance from the city as well as permission from the HOA for the build. We created an indoor space that is wired for 5 televisions, overhead and outdoor sound, cozy fireplace, space for refreshments, and all of the doors open wide to allow guests to drift between the indoor and outdoor spaces. Outdoors, we have added a beautiful patio, to include an underlit bar, grilling area, and fire pit with seat.

This client wanted us to help her create a very nice quiet space for her. Somewhere that she could read, relax and enjoy the beautiful pool view that is her backyard!! We incorporated some really neat features in this project including wood look tile, custom marble shower walls, a stained beadboard ceiling and some large very nice doors from Marvin.
