The head contractor seems competent but that's where it ends. Unfortunately he was not on site during renovations. The guys working on my bathrooms first broke a glass globe on a brand new ceiling light, cleaned up but never mentioned it. Guess they thought I wouldn't notice. Then they installed a vanity and put a 6 inch screw into a wall where a pocket door sat.. effectively screwing the door into a permanent open position. They then lied to the boss and claimed the door never worked and no screw was put on that side. After sending a picture of the offending screw the boss came and removed it and poorly patched up the door. Now the same door scrapes on the frame each time I try to open or close it, ruining the paint, because they forced a vanity that was slightly too wide into the existing spot. It now pushes on the drywall and wood that frames the pocket door. The boss came out once to look at it and will now not return messages. Going to hire a new contractor to fix this mess.
