I paid over $1900 for six months of weekly house cleanings. At that time, the owner, Stephanie Barnes, said I'd get two cleaners for two hours each week. But usually, only 1 cleaner would show up for about an hour and a half--if that. My house is pretty big, and it can't be cleaned by one person in an hour and a half. When I complained, Stephanie denied Ever saying that I'd get two cleaners, even though I had a text message from her stating this. I posted a bad review on a another site. She got angry about this and texted me that since I wasn't satisfied with her "services," she'd stop sending cleaners altogether and refund $745 of my money. This was not the full refund owed to me, but I was willing to settle for it just to get something. And I didn't want her or her so-called cleaners in my house any more. Guess what? She never refunded any of my money, and she won't respond to my texts. Looks like I paid over $1900 for two months of crappy cleaning services. If you want to do the same, then by all means, hire Barnes Cleaning Services!
