ZERO STARS. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. After putting in a drainage system and waterproofing two sides of exterior basement wall, large gaps in the yard became present creating a walking hazard. Caving in of the dirt around house has occurred leaving the waterproofing/tar visible in multiple spots around the house. The slope of the back yard hill used to drain away from house, but after the drainage system was put it, when it rains, rain goes towards the house instead of away creating a potential flooding issue with back basement door. Stan Young came out and looked at it and indicated he would repair the erosion and re-slope the hill so the water drained away from the house and not towards the basement door. I have called them 10+ times and texted even more to get resolution and each time with no return call or response. I am not able to leave a voicemail because voicemail box is full. The original job was completed in May and this problem has been going on since that time. I will have to hire attorney and sue company to get fixed.
