Imperial Pool Service

We had Nathan Ediger Owner/Operator of Imperial Pool Service purchase and install a Handrail on our pool (which we paid for) and it rusted. We sent him pictures of the rusted handrail and In November of 2021 he said he forwarded them to SRsmith the company he purchased it from to see what could be done. We texted Nathan again in March of 2022 and he said he forwarded the info to SRsmith and they should be contacting us. In June 2022 he said he would check up on it, so we contacted the company ourselves and we’re told we would need the serial #. We looked and looked and there isn’t any serial # on it. We paid $1,250.00 for a handrail that rusted and we have not received any help from Nathan to resolve this.
