About Rooftop Chimney Cleaning & Rf
I work with residential homeowners, property managers and real estate agents to help them with their chimney and masonry concerns. My company does chimney cleanings and issues written inspections thereof, Having been in the trade for 20 years, I am in the position to ensure that my customers receive the correct solution to their situation. A chimney repair needs to be approached correctly so that the customer is not wasting their money on an unneeded or incorrect repair. Chimney cleaning is an activity that has to be done thoroughly and competently so that the dwelling is safe from fire. We take our cleanings and inspections serious because the actually are! I'm a new homeowner and found Cliff as someone local with good reviews. The process to repair our chimney and install a top damper ended up taking a bit longer than expected due to various unforeseen issues. There were a few small finishing issues that I debated contacting Cliff about after the job was finished-I didn't want to have conflict/know that I am somewhat of a perfectionist and worried I would be bothering to discuss my concerns. But Cliff's attitude and responsiveness to my concerns were excellent! He always was extremely pleasant to work with and listened to what I had to say, following through with adjustments and replacing a small imperfection on the damper. We've happily got a fire going in the fireplace as I write this. Thanks for getting our chimney into good shape Cliff!

Rooftop Chimney did a great job rebuilding our chimney. Our house was built in 1870, and we had a hard time finding a chimney mason willing to undertake the project. Clifford was happy to help us, and proved very knowledgeable about old houses. Every aspect of his work was excellent, and it was really a pleasure to do business with him. I highly recommend Rooftop Chimney.
