REOL HELP started in 2008. We were a service provided to asset managers and real estate brokers to repair and rehabilitate bank owned properties. Our name is unique and many ask "what does it mean?". Well, in the real estate industry the acronym "R.E.O." means "Real Estate Owned". This means, bank owned houses. During the economic crash of 2008 real estate brokers had a hard time finding real help to service these bank owned properties. Thus is where our name came about!
