I bought my first house in 1995 and it happened to be an old house. In that process, I realized that I love the beauty and character of older houses and I try to preserve a little bit of history - one house at a time. It is often challenging, yet satisfying, to undo years of neglect. In 2005, I started working full-time as a painter for an apartment complex. I bought my 5th old house in Clarksburg in June 2014 and have been working full-time on it. After 5 straight months of work on it, it was in move-in condition.
