The plumber, Kevin, did a fine job. He was courteous, professional and fixed the problems. My gripe is with the billing. He was here for an hour and 10 min. Again, reasonable. However, what I was not aware of was that at $94/hr I was paying from the time he left the shop until he returned 1.75 hrs. So I paid $55 for him to drive to and fro. Bottom line, if you choose their service be aware of time it would take to get to your residence.
