Had Apex complete a few decks at our condo's. They had some difficulties over the last year with the financial business issues and covid. Owner was supposed to complete other 5 decks. Stood behind them thru everything. Owner abandoned us and never returned calls, texts or emails to complete the rest! Good thing we didn't give a deposit.

After another local company took a deposit from me and never showed up, I was referred to Apex by my local Sherwin Williams. Apparently the sales rep knows them well and promised me they would take care of me. They ended up doing an outstanding job for me, the wife is very happy as well. They also do exterior painting and I'm considering hiring them for that.

I had a good experience with Apex. Took them a bit longer than expected to get out and complete my job, but this was due to a very rainy spring so I can not fault them for that. Once they were on my job everything went great, Craig and Trevor completed my job in a timely manner and did a great job protecting all of my expensive landscape.

Joe was out quickly once i called for an estimate. His crew did what he promised they would. Deck looks fantastic and i would use them again if needed.
