Action Roofing Company

This project was on a rental property. The departing tenant did not tell us the roof was leaking and that there was a hole in the interior ceiling. Heavy rain was scheduled to come in 3 days. Rob came and looked at the project on Tuesday, completely re-roofed the house on Wednesday and the rains came on Thursday. After the rains his crew came back and washed the gutters for us and used the magnetic "roller" to make sure there were no nails left anywhere around the outside of the house. The job was well done at a reasonable price. We would highly recommend their services.

We had some high winds damage a couple of shingles. Robert came out explained exactly what needed to be done and gave me the estimate. I had already made an appointment for another company to look at it as well so Robert told me it was better to give than to receive and left enough shingles to do the job as a gift. He was right; the other company wanted twice the amount Robert quoted just to come out to where we live. I called Robert back and the rest is history.

We had noticed wind damage to our roof and after doing some research on local (Clarksville, TN) roofing companies we decided to call Action Roofing. I made our first call and while I was attempting to leave a voice message they were calling me back! Robert (owner) came out the SAME DAY! This ended up being an insurance claim and he was very knowledgeable of the process and explained what would happen. He came out and met with the adjustor and had his crew put a tarp on to prevent further damage. Action Roofing had tore off and put a completely new roof on in a day. Out roof looks AMAZING!!! They cleaned up and left everything so clean! Action Roofing is great!! I could not be any happier with the customer service, communication and work they did! Very reliable and super quality work. Very Happy!
