J&S Drain Cleaning and Plumbing

I hired to J&S to help with a drain issue in my basement. We discussed the issue and he said he would be there the next day. I get a call at work (after he starts work on the drain) where he tells me he can’t get the clean out cover off and he can’t go any further. He then asked where I got his name because he usually only does “new houses”. I tell him that I got his name from this thread. Hey J&S, maybe you might mention that before you accept a job you aren’t qualified for. Best of l he charges me $65 for a job he should never had accepted. He gives me s name of a guy that CAN DO THE JOB. The next day the other guys spends all of 45 mins to complete the job. Direct quote, “no problem, your good“.
