My parents chose them online due to great reviews. The projects started well. Work looked good and things were moving along. There were some issues with the counter top deliveries. Understandable with the pandemic. They were supposed to renovate 3 bathrooms, the kitchen and put new flooring in the entire home. It is a patio home. Project was supposed to be completed in late January. They are still not done. Missing trim, kitchen not painted, outlets hanging out of the walls, fireplace surround not started. Garage is a mess with old appliances and garbage from the renovation. Won't return calls or text now and hasn't shown up in over a week. They seem to have had a good reputation, and I consider myself a reasonable person. Not showing up for over a week, no communication and when they were here the prior month, they would work for 2-4 hours in a day... just can't tolerate the unfinished place anymore. The project started in mid December of 2020.
