This home was for sale. The Buyers needed a termite/wood destroying insect inspection for their loan and their piece of mind. It turned out that this house had had termites in the past but had been treated and that treatment was holding. We have been doing inspections for 20+ years and know of most of the areas where termites a common. Adrian, Blissfield, Tecumseh, Hudson, Manitou Beach, Addison, Ypsilanti, Ann Arbor and Monroe all have known termite "hot spots"

This was a nice, newer, brick home in a pretty subdivision. Many of the mouse jobs we do are in rural settings. This one was not. Pest Patrol inspected the home and garage and found where the mice were nesting. We also found the entry points into the home and garage. We treated the mice in the home and then returned in two weeks to seal the holes to prevent new infestations. (sealing the hole was an additional $65).

A restaurant in Toledo had an on going problem with roaches. They had tried to take care of them them selves, but the roaches were getting worse. The roaches were in the kitchen, store room and dining room. This project required two treatments. The treatments were scheduled two weeks apart. The treatments were successful and the roaches were eliminated. This restaurant is now on a monthly preventative program.

We do a lot of interior pest work. Sometimes we are after a single pest. More frequently the customer has a "bug of interest" but they would also like us to get rid of a wide range of creatures. That was the case here. The home had small ants in the kitchen and the second floor bath. The ants were the primary focus. However the customer also wanted us to clear the basement of and garage of spiders and centipedes . All that was completed on our initial visit. The Customer also signed up for our exterior pest program of three exterior treatments per year. The exterior program is guaranteed to keep the exterior pest free, but it also does a great job of preventing new pests from entering the home and often prevent the need of further interior treatments. The exterior program here is $82 per visit or $216 per year

This is a nice home with water frontage and a walkout basement. The home owner would like to use the area around the home for dining and reading. Her goal was to be rid of all the spiders and wasps. We were able to do this in our initial visit. The home owner is considering our Home Exterior Program. This program would be three exterior treatment timed to control Bees, wasps, spiders, boxelder bugs, lady bugs and many more pests. The full program for this home would be $216 per year

A 1/2 acre pond covered in algae. The customer would like to swim in the pond. The pond has fish and frogs and the home owner did not want to harm them. We treated the pond and the algae was gone in about a week. The customer is considering a program to keep the pond clean all summer long

An outdoor weeding and no uninvited guests! The setting was a wedding next to the pond in her parents flower garden. It really was very pretty and the weather did cooperate. We treated an acre around the pond for mosquitoes 3 days before the wedding. The customer reported that they had had a great evening and that they saw zero mosquitoes.
