Handy Round the House L.L.C. is a company whose owner, operator and main handyman is an honorably discharged veteran with 20 years of experience working and performing under stress while completing projects on time and properly the first time. Our owner was born into a family of mechanics and technicians. He grew up around doing quality work and learning to keep clients coming back for great service. He continues this integrity based work ethic working in the following. Currently a Building Engineer and Assistant Property Manager for several Class A commercial buildings encompassing hundreds of staffed medical and office suites Currently maintaining and repairing structural, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical systems and computer systems that serve to operate the entire building Conducting daily building and space inspections to determine needed repairs or actions required to prevent problems such as those that result from the presence of vermin, natural elements, and structural decay caused by daily work use Repair and install mechanical and electrical systems to include residential and commercial Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning units Licensed North Carolina Insurance Adjuster Repair of tile/carpet/wall/floor/ceiling damage Install, repair or replace commercial and residential electrical conduit, wiring, receptacles and lighting Install, repair or replace plumbing piping systems and fixtures Test and/or replace defective equipment, including wiring and electrical circuits for control wiring systems Performed dozens of real estate site assessments evaluating hazardous materials released into the environment PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: MILITARY AND SECURITY Monitored US Air Force facility with five hundred personnel to ensure total work quality, safety, and security including the relocation and transition of over one thousand military personnel Assisted in the daily management of a Google Farm Facility, hosting hundreds of employees and visitors, and controlling security operations Served as a U.S. Air Force Chief Flight Leader supervising and leading over sixty Airmen during wartime Designed/implemented environmental remediation plans to include oil and chemical spills, indoor air quality, industrial hygiene, and mold Served as survival training assistant instructor while serving in the United States Air Force AWARDS Recipient of several United States Air Force superior performer awards: The U.S.A.F Distinguished Graduate Award Airman of The Month Award, two months The First Sergeants Diamond Sharp Award The U.S.A.F "Warrior of the Week" Award FORMAL EDUCATION New York Steamfitters, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Piping New York University, Interdisciplinary Study of Environmental Science and Engineering United States Air Force, Military Survival and Combat Training, Survival Equipment Management WE ARE FULLY LICENSED, BONDED AND INSURED
