Home Inspector - Clayton, WA

Professional home inspections in Spokane County, Stevens County and Pend Oreille County My Promise to You "I will give you a professional, unbiased home inspection as if I were looking to buy the property myself. My goal is to tell you the story of your home. The truth about what's good and what's bad. I won't hide anything and I won't exaggerate. You can trust me to provide an honest portrayal of your home on the day of inspection." What to Expect The purpose of a home inspection is to assess the condition of the residence, at the time of the inspection, using visual and noninvasive observations, simple tools and normal operational controls; and to report on any deficiencies of the specific systems and components. Inspections take between 2 and 4 hours, depending on the age and condition of the home. At the end of each inspection, you'll be given a verbal summary of my findings. You are always welcome and encouraged to accompany me throughtout the entire inspection process. I typically take between 200 and 400 digital photographs and enter all pertinent information into tablet based reporting software. A written inspection report will be ready within 24 hours of the inspection. However, if you ever have any questions, whether the next day or 2 years down the road, I'm always happy to help.
