BJ's Sealcoating

My elderly parents contracted with Bj's to sealcoat their driveway a year ago in August. Shortly after the job was completed it rained and the sealcoating splashed up over their house and ruined their siding and washed off their driveway. Brad James said he would come back and fix the driveway and replace the siding on two separate occasions, but he has never returned to make the repairs and multiple calls and messages have gone unanswered. It's bad enough that their driveway and siding are a mess but it's unexcusable to take advantage of 87 year old senior citizens on a fixed budget.
