Have never had an electrical company be more efficient, honest and have the best office staff. Office staff is professional, courteous and extremely easy to work with. The techs that have come to our home our professional and more important honest about the job and what needs to be done. Latest situation - microwave blew up - 2/28 company arriving 3/4 for the PGA Tournament in Palm Harbor and we needed to replace/install ASAP. Purchased the micro 2/28. Called Mr. Sparky and Kevin was here 3/1 to install. There are not enough stars to give Mister Sparky Electric

I cannot speak highly enough about the work done by Chas today. He was patient with my indecisiveness for a fixture placement, taking time to make sure I was seeing what all of my options were. He left virtually no mess even though he had to cut drywall. And he was incredibly pleasant. I would not hesitate to contact Mr. Sparky again and request that Chas be my technician.

How long has it been? | Jul 2015 | We received this service call because the homeowner had owned the home for about 15 years and he wanted to do his due diligence by having his system checked out by professionals. What we found was nothing wrong because of workmanship or product failure. What we found was simply due to age, the smoke detectors needed to be replaced as they all need to after 7-10 years of the installation date. Also there was no GFI protection where it is required to be i.e. Kitchens, bathrooms, garage and outside. So we gave the homeowner options to have this taken care of and they decided to have it all done. A little preventative maintenance goes a long way! | $647 | Tampa, FL |
