Worst experience possible. Chris brought in contractors that destroyed our home and has left us with costly legal action against the contractors and sub-contractors. Unlicensed and non-permitted work was done to our home and the 203k contract was never fulfilled to completion. There are a laundry list of things Chris "can do" for you, but he never signs a contract with you so that when he doesn't come through on his end of the bargain there is nothing you can do about it. He has no control over the contractors and is just another middle man. Avoid at all costs.
