Known Mr Brown for over 40 yrs.and he has his ups and downs with customers.but out of it all he is a fantastic person to have your job down.he is a God loving person and family who cares.so please with this said.you won't be sorry by hiring this man to fix your home's.may the Lord bless this man. I hired Robert in December 2018 to put a new roof on my house. It was supposed to be installed after the holidays.... January turned into February... meanwhile the roof was leaking..... I got nasty, and threatened legal action... finally on March 16 I got my deposit back. Reading the other reviews it sounds like I'm the lucky one in this deal...... at least I got my deposit back, instead of a crappy roof. I found one good review for them, I suspect it was written by a relative..... go elsewhere.

In January of 2018, we signed a contract with Robert Brown and Infinity Construction for a new tile roof. We paid 50% down (over $10,000). For some background, this was post-hurricane and water was literally rushing into our home every time it rained. We had (and still have) drywall cut out and holes in our ceiling. Holes that cannot be repaired until we have a new roof. Robert gave us many dates that he would start our roof, and many times failed to show up or notify us that no one would be out unless I messaged him. We went through two tarps. After about 8 months, I begged and pleaded with Robert until I finally informed him I would report him. Robert then sent a team out to work on our roof. It took several days for them to “complete” the dry-in, and when it was done... well, let’s just say...it wasn’t. Our roof was still leaking. Water still coming in. Nails were left everywhere. Tarp still hanging off the side of the house. Materials left in our driveway. The roof itself was botched. Robert and his team disappeared. We informed him the roof was still leaking. He said he’d send someone out. No one ever showed up. Multiple roofers and inspectors have been on our roof. The city pulled the permits. Code enforcement has been to our home. The roof has to be completely re-done. Robert disappeared until we gave him a deadline and told him we would fire him. The deadline was not met. Instead, we had to find a way to come up with over $10,000 so we could pay a new roofing company to do the work that Robert Brown was unable to do correctly. It’s been 14 months since we signed our contract and now another company has to do the job. We’ve been set back financially in so many ways. The continued water coming in to our home is resulting in more of our ceiling falling in. You cannot put into words the emotional toll this has taken on my family. Please heed my warning. Please don’t let your family go through what my family has been going through since January of 2018. You will find so many reviews like mine all over the internet now. Please please please don’t be the next me.
