A week after we closed on the house and moved in we noticed we weren't getting airflow from the A/C to our master bedroom. My wife and I were sweating through out the night. So I go in the attic and the main square duct wasn't even attached to the main line that's coming from the air handler. The round 6'' duct that's supposed to go to our room wasn't even attached to the main line and just sitting to the side. Not to mention there's no insulation around multiple 4'' - 6'' tubes that lead to rooms so they're dripping with condensation. The box that's supposed to lead to our master bedroom wasn't even connected on the air duct and sitting off to the side. This was a COMPLETE mess! Our A/C was just blowing massive amounts of cold air into the attic!! I had to use duct tape to put this whole thing together. Also the exhaust tubing from the bathroom vents were sitting in the attic, they weren't even connected to outside ventilation which is a code violation! We had a couple A/C companies come out to look at it, they said it will cost almost $1,000 to fix this disaster. I don't know how this could have been missed when the entire duct system leading to our room was complete disaster. I'm beyond furious at this point because this could of been fixed before we signed on the dotted line. My wife called Dylan Fracasse a few weeks ago, he apologized and told her that he will have a contractor come out and fix it. It has been weeks since that conversation and we have not heard from him. We've attempted to call, text, and e-mail. We just sent a certified letter, after that we are filing a formal complaint with the State of Florida if we don't hear back from Allied Home Inspections FL LLC. Even shows in the inspection report that the A/C and Heater Distribution Systems were inspected (see photo), well apparently that was a lie. This is not how I anticipated my 1st home to be for my family.

I couldn't have asked for a better Inspection. They did amazing. The report was delivered immediately. They ever gave me a free wind mitigation that got me $680.00 off of my insurance every year.
