I am an out-of-state property owner for several rental and rehab houses in Cleveland area, and I feel fortunately to find EBT Handyman services through HomeAdvisor. The owner Eddie has been a great partner for all types of jobs I needed to get help with, in particular for the rehab house which needed tons of repairs, partly because of the extra damages caused by another dishonest local contractor who stole 18 thousand dollars from me during the destruction process. Eddie has been extremely flexible with his schedules and was willing to come out and take care of lot of small jobs with little to no planning from my end. He does a quality job for a very reasonable price, and he always keeps up with the paper works as a professional. I can’t say enough to express my appreciation to him.

I received a job estimate outlining the work to be done. I am a woman and the foreman communicated, discussed and described all work with me so that I understood what was being done. The workers hard working and came to work on time and performed a solid days work. My job entailed restoring a previously occupied rental. The house was thoroughly cleaned from basement to attic. All walls trim and ceilings were properly prepared and neatly painted. They used the correct material in the correct places. They had all required tools to complete their work. They did an excellent job on a special wood floor painting project. The floors look great. The foreman researched the job and provided the correct solution for our problem. They paid close attention to detail even recaulking our plumbing fixtures so that they were clean and replacing outlet and switch cover plates. I am an out of town client and this company made sure that I had before, during and after photos on a consistent basis to make sure that we maintained great communication. The Foreman was computer knowledgeable and even accepted payment via Paypal. I am very pleased with the obvious hard work that this team put forth to make sure that we were satisfied. They did a very good job. Thank You.
