Masonry Specialists

I have a concrete deck that was crumbling after several attempts by other contractors to correct it. Mr. White placed enough concrete on the deck to prevent the cracking and crumbling. However, it is uneven and needed to be evened out. He worked late into the evening and the concrete was drying which caused the unevenness. He said it would smooth out on its own by wearing down - I guess erosion. He offered to smooth it out but I would have to purchase the sander. It is still uneven and I am working on other alternatives. I would not recommend him for deck repair.
