Marble Builder Direct

Absolutely horrible company! Its been almost 6 months now that i won my judgement for marble builder direct to return my deposit of roughly $2800.00 and the owner has made no attempt to pay any money of my money back to me! Absolutely horrible!

We had our existing laminate countertops and old sink replaced in the kitchen, master bath, half bath and utility room by Marble builder direct. With this being a remodel, they had several pre-existing hurdles and had no issues dealing with them. The granite actually fit better than the old counters did. We couldn't be happier with the end result.

Couldn't find what we wanted (in our price range) from the big countertop places in Cleveland. We went to Marble Builders cause mother in law had used them. They had multiple Quartzite and Engineered Quartz and even a Granite slab that we like. They were all priced that we could afford. The company is small and therefore cheaper, but also a bit disorganized. Hannah in the office saves them there. Had to reschedule installation. Lastly, we had to seal the countertops ourselves. Not complex, just a surprise.
