Kenneth Sapp

We were referred to Ken Sapp plumbing by another plumber that couldn’t fit us in his schedule. I couldn’t be happier! Will came out and handled our plumbing issue with full explanation, more then fair price and was just an amazingly nice guy. He will be back to finish our second floor bathroom and I feel like we are in good hands. Thanks Ken Sapp Plumbing!

Contacted Ken Sapp to fix a problem with a sink water leak and an estimate to remove a faulty dishwasher. It took numerous calls to finally get him to look at the problem. He sent out 2 workers and instead of fixing the sink leak they instead replaced a toilet float (cost $14.00) and then charged me $140. I received no reason why they did this when they were called out to repair another issue. To make matters worst they insisted that my tenant pay the bill. I would never use Sapp again.
