Harry Pring founded the company in 1936, naming it after the family name. In 2003, Harry Pring's son, Ron, sold the business to Todd Lessig, who continues to own and operate the business to this day.

Pring Roofing Company was able to properly diagnosis and repair a roof leak that other roofers and contractors were unable to do. They were very professional, prompt and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Pring Roofing.
