Gene's T.V. & Appliance Service

Haire Deep Freezer purchased from WALMART (6 days shy of 6 monthsold) needs service for a leaky gasket allowing ice to form inside. Covered under warranty but they want you to carry the full loaded freezer into this HOME, not a business and is not in service or go all the way into CHATTANOOGA to another non existent business. THIS FREEZER AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!

I called the phone number for this vendor several times leaving a voice mail message each time. I NEVER received a call back from this vendor. I wonder what ever happened to customer service in this country. If this guy can't even bother to return calls, how can he stay in business. This vendor is supposed to be do repair work for GE. I called GE customer service to let them know that this vendor is a poor representative and pretty darn worthless.
