Sam Linville is a highly competent, punctual, and precise contractor. The project which we hired him for was a re-doing of a fixer upper home with extensive work involved in the project. From redoing the kitchen, installing new bathrooms and plumbings, fixing and screening in the porch, custom installing a 240V outlet, and inserting a new fireplace Sam did it all. During this time we found him to be extremely attentive to good communication during the project with prompt responses and active input on when things did not go to plan. Furthermore, he offered input on how to improve on ideas we had, but always exactly did the scope we defined. The crew always cleaned up after the projects. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone in the Chattanooga area.
