I can identify with those individuals who have had a bad experience with Mr. Ivan. I too was a victim, but I would like to take this opportunity to share what I have learned from this experience. 1. If it's to good to be true, it probably isn't. 2. Never give your hard earned money up front to anyone in this case without making sure they have a valid ID that shows there full name, address and telephone numbers. 3. Make sure they are certified . If you are not sure check with the Better Business Bureau. 4. Have a contract between you and the contractor. This will help protect you if you need to pursue legal actions for the things expressed in your reviews.

initially I hired him to build a fence which his crew did a nice job, unfortunately they have not built the gates, its been almost 2 months. His carpenter is very good so I hired BLS to build a front and back porch, he got ahead of me on the money and will not finish the job or answer his phone He promises he will be here and they don't show up. He lies and is undependable ,DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!! HE NEEDS TO BE REVETTED! POOR WAS THE LOWEST REVIEW I CAN GIVE HIM

Nightmare experience with BLS. The owner Ivan is not a trustworthy person. He begged me for the project to build a lakefront sidewalk and downhill sidewalk. I told him I want him to make money, as long as he does a good job. I paid a $5000.00 cash downpayment to him. It is three days' work per Ivan. He did $1000.00 worth of work, not finish the lakefront dirt work and rebar layout, nothing for the downhill part. He found all the reasons not to come to work. After a month, there was no progress, and the storm washed the dirt away, grass regrow. He said he couldn't do the work, he will refund me $2500.00. He never did. He said "let's meet on Saturday, I will bring money to you", and by Friday evening, he said he was out of town. I am sick of him. And it does not worth dealing with such a non-human being.

Ivan and his team built a 16’x20’ foundation for our new sunroom today. They cleared it, built forms, rebar, and cement. Ivan and team arrived early, we’re incredibly professional, showed expert knowledge, and did great quality work! So if you are looking for honest, reliable, contractor at great price and excellent quality….Ivan and BLS Landscaping and Construction are the place to go. I highly recommend them.
