I had a problem with my hot water tank I actually received the referral from consumers energy for climate control , I called ryan came out the same day did exactly what I was doing and got the same results but still charged double because it was Sunday!!, I called Ryan back within 20 minutes because my tank wouldn’t stay lit he gave me some instructions which I followed to the letter, I ended up needing brand new parts , well Ryan did not come out to install the new parts Bob the older guy showed up 1st time around he didn’t have on a mask , I was going to give him one he said his was in the truck he retrieved it then he used my restroom without permission, as I was coming Down the stairs he was coming out of the bathroom I said I wouldn’t have been an issue if you used the restroom if you would’ve asked first, he continued with the job he was done in about 28 minutes As he was leaving he stated your old parts are on top of the tank, I didn’t check anything until the next day when I found my floor completely flooded and the spout on the hot water tank broken and leaking I immediately turned it off and called the office of climate control speaking to Tracy she took my complaint and immediately tried to help, she got the same tech bob who installed the new parts to come back he was at my home in 10 minutes, the tech stated I never even touched the spout and I said I have before pictures and then he said I can place a new handle and cap so it won’t leak at all which he did he left didn’t ask if he could help with getting the water up and tried to take pictures all around the basement as if it had flooded from another source , I called again spoke to the receptionist and I asked for Tracy whom I didn’t speak with at that time I was informed that the owner of climate control randy would call on Monday 7/20/20 which he didn’t call I gave it until today Wednesday I called back the same receptionist put the owner on the phone, he was immediately rude saying he’s heard several different stories already I reiterated my issues and he said so what do you want me to do isn’t the hot water tank working now I answered yes but as the owner what are you going to do about your poor customer service and the mistakes of Bob, he replied I’ve been in business over 25 years sooooo, I said as the owner I expected nothing but and apology (which I didn’t get) I spent a whole lot of money with this company and I don’t appreciate how I was treated and spoken too by the owner randy I see why the tech thought he could make mistakes because their would be no reprimand behind it. IF YOU VALUE HOW YOUR MONEY IS SPENT AND EXPECT A COMPANY TO BE PROFESSIONAL AND HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE PRACTICES DON’T GO TO climate control!!!!!!!!
