Elite Construction Co

So after all this I call elite construction only to bring my legitimate customer issues to there attention. And the office support answering the phones did not show any concern or care. If this is how you run a business and treat you're customers then you won't be in business long. I would not recommend hiring this company to do any work around you're house. If you do have legitimate customer issues they will not address them or show any concern. Not even an apology... Don't do business with Elite construction.

A one star rate is being generous. This company does sub contract work for lowes. I ordered my storm entry door from lowes and the company that was to install my door was Elite Construction in Clinton township. They called me to schedule the install and we scheduled it on a Saturday. I made arrangements and took the day off from work to be there for the installation of my door. Only to get a phone call from elite construction saying that the installer had to cancel our scheduled install. Ok, this cost me time and money since I took the day off from work. So we re-schudule for another day 2 weeks later. Second time the installer shows up to do the job and install the door. Well, it don't end here. The installer was unable to install the door because the measurements were wrong. Once again we had to re-schudule this install. Now 2 weeks ago by and I don't hear from elite construction or Lowes. Zero communication and
