American Plumbing and Heating, quickly realized this project required experienced professional, and sent two. I was impressed with the options presented, and selected a more expensive solution that appears to be a 'permanent' solution. As the homeowner I learned American Plumbing has two business models; private residence pay 50% up front, commercial business' pay after the project is finished. Also, American Plumbing and Heating does not repair and paint the drywall they remove to access pipes in the walls of the building. Other than that they did a good job, and met the schedule.
